Zindagi Helpline
A mental-health counselling helpline for India's film and television industry, addressing depression, anxiety and the stigma around seeking help.

Context
Founded by social activist Anusha Srinivasan Iyer with core founding member Dr Shrradha Sidhwani (psychologist and psychotherapist), alongside Vedant Gill and Rajit Behl, Zindagi Helpline was modelled on the mental-health support structures run by the UK's Equity and the US's SAG-AFTRA for their industries.
It connects film and television professionals in distress with a care group of experts and empaths, and aims to partner with industry bodies including CINTAA, the Screenwriters' Association and FWICE. As the founder put it: "The group has experts and empaths alike, and anyone in trauma always has someone who will lend them an ear."
